No. All Mobile Homes, RV or Tiny Homes must be owned by Owner/Occupant.
Yes! Both Tiny Homes and RV's are allowed in the RV section of our community.

We are an all age community giving precedent to low- or moderate-income individuals/families.
No. The owner of the Mobile Home, RV, or Tiny Home must sign an Occupancy Agreement which requires them to occupy the lot the duration of their stay or a minimum of six months a year. No short or long term sub-lease allowed.
